Appointments and services

EZ Mobile Notary and Apostille (shown on this website as EZ Mobile Notary & Apostille Services) is operated by Romita Sharma. Online booking provides appointment details for follow-up. Contact the business to confirm the service, location, document requirements, availability, and fees before your appointment. We do not provide legal advice.

EZ Notary Booking Alerts

This internal SMS program sends automated alerts to the business owner’s designated mobile number when a customer books a notary or apostille appointment through Cal.com. Alerts may include the customer’s name, contact details, service, and appointment time. It does not send marketing texts or customer-facing SMS.

Enrollment and consent

The business owner must explicitly agree to receive alerts before the administrator enables them. Consent is obtained using the published verbal consent script and documented with the date, designated mobile number, and affirmative response. Enrollment is voluntary and consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Submitting a customer booking does not enroll the customer in this SMS program.

Frequency and charges

Messages recur as appointments are booked. Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for applicable charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from booking alerts. After opting out, no further booking alerts will be sent unless the recipient opts in again. A confirmation of the opt-out may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance. For additional support, or contact Romita Sharma at (626) 327-2792. Contact the administrator to arrange re-enrollment.

Delivery

SMS delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS alerts should not be the sole record of appointments; check the booking calendar and email notifications as well.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how booking information and SMS consent are handled. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
