EZ Notary Booking Alerts

This script is for enrollment of the business owner, Romita Sharma, in internal automated booking alerts from EZ Mobile Notary and Apostille. Customers are not enrolled by booking an appointment through Cal.com.

Script read before enrollment

Do you agree to receive automated SMS booking alerts from EZ Mobile Notary and Apostille at your designated mobile number? Alerts will contain appointment and customer contact details. Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is voluntary.

Recording consent

The administrator must allow the recipient to review both policies and obtain an affirmative response before enabling alerts. A private consent record should contain the date and time, designated mobile number, exact script, recipient’s response, and the administrator’s name. This public page documents the script; it does not record consent or enroll anyone.

Enrollment confirmation

After consent is recorded and messaging is available, the administrator sends this confirmation before booking alerts begin:
